From a children’s afterschool coffee club to opening the eighth coffee shop: “and I still roast my coffee,” says Coffee Collective founder

Casper Engel Rasmussen’s love for coffee began in childhood in Denmark, where it’s part of everyday social life. What started as a teenage coffee club eventually led him to co-found Coffee Collective. Today, as roastery manager, he helps shape Copenhagen’s specialty coffee scene.
